How can the costs be reduced and the cleaning work facilitated?

As the market leader for brushes in pipeline construction, we have answered this question with a trendsetting product development. What are needed are special brushing tools that operate with high contour precision and that follow the welding head immediately. We have consistently pursued this solution - and thus, among other things, developed an engineered wheel brush with plastic-encapsulated wire, which efficiently removes oxide and burning residues without spreading out at the brush inset. This new generation of brushes is integrated into the automatic welder, so to say as a follow-up finishing unit. In the past, for manual welding work, depending on the type of electrode used, different types of brushes were developed, with which welding cinder was manually cleaned from the joints.
